Q: Do I need a reservation?
Reservation are highly recommend due to the fact that we have been filling up our lot continuously. If you don’t have one and we have room, we will accommodate you.
Q: How do I make a reservation?
You can go to our reserve tab, click on it, and fill in what ship and date you are going on and how many of cars will it be and you will be already to go.
Q: How often does your shuttles run?
Our shuttles run nonstop to/from the terminal to make sure our guests are getting on and getting off at a fast and convenient time.
Q: How early can we arrive at the parking lot?
We like to tell our guests to arrive after 10 am. That way, it gives us time to unload our previous guests that are getting off the ship.
Please Note: The last shuttle will leave the parking area at 2:30 PM
the day of departure. Please arrive early enough arrive at the cruise terminal on time.
Q: Will you help me with my luggage?
Yes we will! Just leave it to our friendly drivers to help you with your luggage.
Q: How far are you from the terminal?
We are 2 minutes from the entrance of the terminal.
Q: How do I get back to the parking lot after my cruise?
When you are on your way out of the terminal, our driver will show you where our designated pick up and drop off spot is. Proceed to this spot, and we will whisk you away to your vehicle!
